We worked closely with the Beamish staff to produce a new Master Vision - The Prospect of Beamish - for this award-winning museum, comprising new entry and interpretive developments. The proposals were backed by feasibility studies and business plans, together with detailed development plans for selected features and new products, such as ‘Beamish Wild’. We also carried out an assessment of staff and volunteer training and support.
